Delicious Peach Cobbler!

On Sundays I always miss one of my very best friends, Lauryl. Before leaving Washington we use to always spend Sunday evenings together as families. Eating dinner, playing games, laughing at her husbands hilarious stories, and eating homemade peach cobbler! I have not had peach cobble since March-ish of 2012, which was before they moved. And I have been craving it ever since!!

I'm glad I happened to have everything (except a third can of peaches) on hand! I was so excited to make this that I actually had the ingredients sitting on the counter all day... And I started baking it before I even served dinner! The only thing that could have made it better would have been an overflowing scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yummy. But we didn't have any and I'm known for my lack of patience...

1 box Yellow cake mix
1 cube butter, melted
3 cans peaches, drained and diced
That's it!!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the drained and diced peaches into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the entire box of Yellow cake mix over the peaches. Finally, drizzle a cube of melted butter over the entire thing! It should look something like this:

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 min or until the top looks golden brown and crispy! As all of you know we are currently living in our camping trailer. It came with a convection oven (a microwave and oven in one). So nothing really gets super crispy. I would have liked mine a little crispier... But it was still yummy and satisfied my 10 month old craving =) Enjoy!
