Writing Crochet Patterns | Bobble Stitch Flowers

I am a very visual learner. Sometimes this means that I have to “see” a crochet pattern before I can do it. Whether it be watching a tutorial on YouTube or scratching it down on a piece of paper.

Most of the time I have a pattern I am trying to write in my head. Then I try to crochet it, but it doesn’t always turn out. Especially if I am working in rows.

With the Bobble Stitch, it always goes more smoothly if I write it out first. The easiest way for me to do this is by using a grid. Blank spaces are sc’s and o’s are a bobble. If you have mastered the basics of beginner stage of crochet and are ready to push yourself to do more, this is a great way to start.

The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
