Peek Infinity Scarf Pattern

I really love crocheting physical items for people to love, but I also really love writing my own patterns! I first learned this wonderful yarn art when I was a little girl. I slowly grew my knowledge and skill level though my teenage years, but didn't really make anything sellable until a few years ago.

Because the Bobble Infinity Scarf is slightly on the feminine sign, I wanted to write another pattern that was more neutral. Therefore, the Peek Scarf was born! If you are not crochet savy and want a completed scarf, I have them for sale in my Etsy Shop HERE!

In this pattern I am using Lion Brand Yarns Wool-Ease. Right now my favorite crochet hooks are THESE by Clover. For this pattern I use a 9mm. This pattern should be easy for any beginner! Sizing easily ranges from ages 2-8!

Yarn Weight: 6 (super bulky)

Hook: 9 mm

Ch 42, sl st to the first st, creating a loop.

Row 1) Ch 2, DC across, sl st to the top of the ch 2.

Row 2) Ch 2, 1 DC, ch 3, *sk 3 sts and then DC in the next 4 sts, ch 3*, repeat from * to * across, DC in the last 2 sts, sl st to the top of the ch 2.

For different yarn wights or scarf sizes, change the beginning chain in multiples of 7.

Example: I used a 4 (Medium) weight yarn for the picture above, and started the pattern by chaining 70!

Repeat rows 1-2 until desired width (about 10") ending on a row 1.
