Our life has been under a major transition right now. Many changes have happened! We are enduring and pushing through, but I thought it would be fun to share our craziness with you!
This is my life... I never knew what tired really was until now. Insomnia and I use to be close friends! Now I crave caffeine in the morning and my pillow at night. I sleep so hard that I woke up this morning to a toddler in my bed, with no recollection of how or when he got there... I'm one of those people who spend money on quality sweatpants. Maximum comfort is important because my cute close always come off as soon as I walk in the door and I say hello to my sweats!!
My husband works so hard to provide for his family and achieve his dream. Right now he is working 7 - 12 hour shifts a week! I'm officially a single wife... Haha! Poor guy gets home from work, says hello to everyone, inhales his dinner, and jumps in the shower (usually with our toddler joining).
We live in our fifth wheel camper full time. We have recently moved to a new region of Iowa. The winter's here are brutal. I'm talking like -25 degrees F brutal! The new area has zero RV parks that stay open for the winter. Plus we have a newborn and were worried about her being in the trailer for those temperatures. Therefore, this year, we are renting a cabin for the winter! This is a huge change for us. My husband was so excited! It has been 2 years since we have lived in a house.
Our 6 week old daughter has a pretty rough life... Haha! She is the sweetest thing and such a good baby that puts up with so much. Including a 3 year old brother who loves her very much. This love involves lots of hugging, kissing, laying on, playing with, and so much more.
Adjusting to life with 2 children is different than I thought it would be. I love it, but it has its difficult moments! Luckily for my toddler, this means he gets to watch more cartoons, drink more juice, and get away with more than usual. And for some reason (now that my hands are always busy with a baby) has more boogars to wipe, snacks to open, tantrums to throw, and craziness for me to handle!
